I don't see this option either. I am also running 3.0.1 but know I set
this in a previous version.

First, select the project you want to run javadoc on. Then, select
Project>Generate Javadoc... You can then select the particular classes
you'd want to include javadoc for, as well as other javadoc options.
You'll also have to specify the location of javadoc.exe (or the
equivalent for your OS) at the top. Hope that helps.
