Hi,

I am a newbie with eclipse 2.1.

Found out that I can maximize/ restore the current view or editor I am
working with by double-clicking (blue color part) with the mouse.

Is there some other way ?
With the keyboard to be more precise.

However i could not find any command in Preferences-Workbench-Keys where I
could specify this.

The "Activate-Editor" command is for editors only, nothing for view.

Any clues ?

I prefer using keyboard than mouse.

You could file a feature request for a keyboard accessible context menu for
view / editor bars.
