Autogenerate TOC from JavaDoc [message #274399]

Does anyone have something already written that will generate the Eclipse
Help TOC from a bunch of JavaDoc HTML files?

I've found many posts of this question and no answers. I figure Eclipse
had to do it for all the SWT JavaDoc that is included in the Help.
