I encounter two problems in configuring perspective,

1:> In my perspective, I need add action to the tool bar, but I find it is
not easy to put it to the last position.
2:> When I switch to my perspective, I want to add some actions and remove
other actions. I can use IPageLayout#addActionSet to add actions, but I
don't know which I can call to remove actions.
