Listening for open editors on workbench startup [message #271894]

Eclipse User

How do I hook into the workbench to know when editors are opened on the
workbench startup. This will be the scenario if I had open editors and then
closed the workbench and then started up again. The IPartListener and
IPartListener2 events don't seem to get triggered in this case. Is this a
bug or I am listening for the wrong events?
