Hello all,

Does Eclipse have graphical user interface builder, then I can
draw interface like in VB. If it has a graphical user interface builder,
what is the tool name and how Can I download it and use it? Thanks

There is the Visual Editor Project (VEP) at eclipse.org but it is not
officially supported anymore (it can be installed into the latest
Eclipse release versions but is not undergoing active development. See
http://wiki.eclipse.org/VE and http://wiki.eclipse.org/VE/Installing

There is a very good commercial tool named WindowBuilder Pro that I
prefer to use. They have a free trial license and provide free full
licenses to people working on a legitimate open-source project. See
http://www.instantiations.com/windowbuilder/

Hope this helps,
Eric
