Is there any way to Testing one eclipse plugin with another plugin.

The short answer is "yes". For example, in the Eclipse project,
org.eclipse.jdt.apt.tests is a plugin containing tests for
org.eclipse.jdt.core, and so forth. But you will need to ask your question
in more detail before anyone can answer in more detail.

Thanks Harley for the answer. I got my query resolved. Now I am using
fragments to test the plugins.
