This goes against the design grain. One should generally be able to
expect that a project can work in any product, after all a product is
just the base platform with a bunch of features and even if there are
100 additional features, that shouldn't matter. The only interaction is
which versions of which tools are needed to work with the project and
can those be installed in the chosen product.

But that's exactly something we want to avoid so that its possible to
work with many projects in one IDE. Each project must specify what it
needs to have installed so that a proper installation can be composed
from the sum total of all these requirements....
