hi
Because I'm behind a firewall ..... I'm trying to download the code via
cvsgrab

this is the url used :
-rootUrl http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/ -packagePath
org.eclipse.epf -destDir c:\brol -projectRoot Technology_Project

this is what is reported:

Have you tried using pserver CVS to proxy.eclipse.org, port 80?

e.g.
