Jar Manifest Wizard stopping short [message #1452142]

I want to add a signature to my Jar file as is now required by Java-8 and am using the Jar wizard to create it. The instructions say to press the "Next" button from the dialog titled "Jar Manifest Specification", however, the "Next" button is not enabled, only the "Finish" button.

I have tried every different combination of check boxes to no avail.

I'm using both Kepler and Helios on a Win 8 platform
Java 7 and Java 8

Please help.

I don't think this is a e(fx)clipse question we don't contribute such a
wizard. I think you talk about the jdt contributed jar export so ask at
their forum.
