I can use the Firefox open the link:http://localhost:8080 without error
messages!

Open Eclipse and build a new Dynamic Web Project, Project name: Root

Target Runtime, select Apache Tomcat v6.0 , Tomcat installation Directory:
/opt/tomcat

and I want to create a Server in order to browses my project easily by the
eclipse!

but when come to the step "Define a new Server"--> Server's hos
name:localhost-->select the server type:(choose tomcat v6.0 server) shows
the error message: Cannot create a server using the selected type-->now
stop at this step!

Does anyone can tell me how to use eclipse and tomcat to Develop the J2EE
