Can one selectively format java code? [message #259267] Fri, 27 March 2009 12:07 Go to next message

Although there are a variety of ways to have Eclipse format Java, there is
always the side case
that I want to be "immune" to my normal formatting rules. Is there any way
to tag sections
of code to be ignored by the Java formatter? It would be similar in
function to the <pre> tag in HTML. Or must I do this via a customized
plug-in?

Thanks,
Jim

This is currently not possible. I think there's already a feature
request for it.
