How to add/remove buttons from the Workbench toolbar? [message #258554]

I want to add a "Save All" button to my workbench toolbar and remove
several of the buttons that I'll never use. I've searched the help and
can find no instructions on how you can do this. Is this customizable,
and if so how is it done?

This is only possible since 3.5: Window > Customize Perspective...
