Not getting actionset menuitem in extensions tab of new Eclipse plug-in project [message #1440571]

Hi,
Iam trying to create actionset in new Eclipse plug-in project i created.:
I opened plug-in manifest editor of this plugin project.
Next navigated to Extensions page and clicked on the "Add" button.
Next,Navigated back to the Extensions page. When i Opened right click context menu on the org.eclipse.ui.actionSets item and select New menuitem,iam supposed to get 'actionSet' .However,iam getting 'Generics' item and pfa screenshot.
could you let me know what issue could be and how to resolve the same.
