Hi all,

just following up on the 'Eclipse auto-reporting bugs?' thread on
newcomers. It seems that Mylyn is responsible for some network
connections to bugs.eclipse.org.

If this is the case where can I find out more about it?
Is there any kind of documentation detailing what data is sent across?
Also, is there a way to disable such auto bug-reporting?

Regards

Dan

This issue finally forced me to look a bit into Mylyn.
Even if I don't have the time to explore it in detail, I now know that
the connection is not related to reporting eclipse/mylyn issues back to
eclipse.
