EditorInput system filelocation [message #255454] Mon, 05 May 2008 04:27 Go to next message

I've developped a XML Editor plug-in.

When I export the plug-in to another computer, the editor can't find the
editorinput.

So what I need is the File location of the xml file that I double clicked
in my project explorer.

It has to be in a dynamic way.

Can someone help me, please.

Kind regards

Xnni

Xnni,

You can show specifically how you are creating your editor input. I'm
having trouble understanding how exporting a plugin affects the creation
of an IEditorInput...

The problem has been solved. I thought that the location of the projects
and the workspace were in the same folder but they weren't.

Kind regards
