I have been tasked with setting up a C programming environment using Eclipse running on Windows 7. At this point I am wondering if it is even possible or am I beating a dead horse?

Here is the compiler
C:\cygwin\opt\crosstool\gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2\arm-unknown-linux-gnu\arm-unknown-linux-gnu\bin\gcc.exe

Here are the include directories
C:\cygwin\opt\crosstool\gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2\arm-unknown-linux-gnu\arm-unknown-linux-gnu\include
C:\cygwin\opt\crosstool\gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2\arm-unknown-linux-gnu\arm-unknown-linux-gnu\sys-include

Normally you would enter these values into a box or XML file and be good to go, but apparently I am missing something because all I have been able to build is a list of errors. Rather than try to fix things I have undoubtedly hosed beyond repair, I will be starting with a freshly unzipped install. What I need is a relatively simple setup walk-through for the "Hello World" example using the values given above.
