Hi,
I am facing problem while comparing two models.

Scenario -
I have model A and A'. Both the models having common reference model B.

A --->B
A' ---->B

When I am performing comparison on A and A' it is giving me some error.
(I think there is problem with logical model but not sure what it is !)

Please suggest!

Hi,

What do you mean by "it is giving me some error" ? If the comparison process raises exception, please file a bug with the stack trace. In others cases, please give us more details to understand your problem.
As a reminder, EMF compare provides several model resolution strategies. You can change the strategy in Window > Preferences > EMF Compare > Resolution Strategy.
