Can I link PATH variables in eclipse to the system environment variables in windows? Some thing like below

NEW_PATH_VARIABLE_ECLIPSE - ${NEW_SYSTEM_VARIABLE}\include

where NEW_SYSTEM_VARIABLE - C:\Workspace\Project defined in windows
