I am looking at setting up a Decision Flow based process. But it's easy
for me to put in the flow charts and write down in the word document. I am
not able to achieve it in EPF.
Any help on this??
Example of a Decision flow based process:
1) Is a major incident? yes go to step 5. No go to step 2
2) Log the incident
-
-
-
5) Analyse the Incident....

In the current epf you can achieve decision flow based process, epf's
activity diagram offers decision point. In activity diagram editor,
decision node in the palette as drag n drop will create a decision point.
In current version, decision point label is not available, work-around is
using a Free Text figure on top the decision point to label a decision
point. Free Text (available in same palette) can be used to label the
links (control flows) for decision flow (eg: "YES" for link between
decision point and activity 5).
Enhancement request already placed in the bugzilla, to provide decision
point label and control flow label.
