How do you make eclipse open up the .exe file when running the program instead of using the built in console. Why? This is why:

//============================================================================
// Name        : Test-VC++.cpp
// Author      : TEST
// Version     :
// Copyright : Your copyright notice
// Description : Hello World in C++, Ansi-style
//============================================================================

#include <iostream>

int main() {
	std::cout << "!!!Hello World!!!\n"; // prints !!!Hello World!!!
	system("pause");
	return (0);
}

prints out:
Press any key to continue . . .

!!!Hello World!!!
