I've been receiving an error in eclipse for each program I'm trying to run. I just updated my eclipse, so maybe that's it, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help? Confused

Error:

Unable To Launch
The selection cannot be launched, and there are no recent launches.

You would need to explain what and how you're trying to launch. Do it
have a proper Java main()? Is it a web application? Do you know anything
about setting up a launch/debug configuration?
