What happened in M9 with dual CVS locations for read/write ? [message #248314]

This was added because, at the beginning of 3.0, pserver was much faster
that extssh. Not that SSH2 support has been added to 3.0, this is no
longer the case. Also, it would have been a arge amount of work to make
this feature "real" so it was removed.

Another benefit of the read/write was the ability to keep a sandbox
compatible with other clients while using the internal extssh connection
method. Now this can be accomplished on the Team>CVS>EXT Connection
Method page.

AFAIK it was already 'real' and useable...
