Hello everyone.
Recentry i have develop a graphical editor using GEF. Everything went smoot
but now the customer asc for something like this:
- at the moment to create a ficure you can drag&drop the corresponding
figure from the palette.

Now the customer just want to click on the palette and the figure should be
created. Can anyone help me on this because i was not able to find something
about this.

Hi Sebastian

http://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-GEF-dnd/GEF-dnd.html would be a good
starting point for how DND works with GEF.

The palette in GMF has added this functionality. The code will be in the
org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.gef package.
