I just got started with Eclipse (v3.0). I want to use the JDK 1.5.0.
(which is installed on my machine). When I set up the JDK compliance level
(Window > Preferences > Compiler), the only compliance levels offered in
the pull down menu are 1.3 and 1.4. No 1.5! Because I can't select 1.5, my
apps using 1.5 features (such as Scanner) won't compile.
How can I select the compiler compliance level 1.5?

Install Eclipse 3.1 M4 and you will find level 1.5 inside
Window/Preferences/Compiler ;)
