I tried looking for a solution to this first but could not find one. I'm using Kepler SR2. When I open the Debug Configurations dialog I get a dialog box with this error -

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
java/nio/file/Paths

java.nio.file.Paths comes with java 7. Which is strange since Eclipse does not require Java 7. My guess is that your setup has a problem. You could re-installing eclipse or using a different java version.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the Configuration and only see java 1.6

java.runtime.name=Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment
java.runtime.version=1.6.0_33-b03
java.specification.name=Java Platform API Specification
java.specification.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.
java.specification.version=1.6
java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.

Is this correct?

Nothing obvious jumps out.
Maybe check what is configured in Eclipse.
Window->Preferences->Java->Installed JREs

Thanks for the help. The problem was the version of Java on my machine. I updated that and the problem went away.
