Leak Suspects Report on Linux [message #1403014] Sat, 19 July 2014 16:36 Go to next message

I have downloaded the MAT on Linux and run the following commands

./ParseHeapDump.sh heap.bin

followed by

./ParseHeapDump.sh heap.bin org.eclipse.mat.api:suspects

I see a bunch of messages indicating that it is creating the LeakSuspects report and then it finishes.

But where did the output go? I saw a blog post which said that it outputs into some html which can be zipped, copied and viewed in a browser.

But where is it?

I can't seem to find any documentation on how to make MAT work in standalone mode other than this one blog post

Have a look for a file
heap_Leak_Suspects.zip
in the same directory as heap.bin
That should contain the zipped HTML report files.
