I need to download eclipse-SDK-3.2-win32.zip.. I'm searching about it but
I couldn't find a reliable website to download from it..
I have downloaded the file eclipse-SDK-3.2-win32.zip multiple times, from
multiple sources, but always I got problems in extracting the file..
(Some files are corrupted and missing) although i'm using real ZIP tool
(such as WinZip and 7-zip)

Could any one help to solve this issue?
Thank You..

Hi Sara. You could try EasyEclipse
(http://www.easyeclipse.org/site/distributions/index.html). They have
3.2.2 distributions with installation programs for Windows and Linux.
It's the exact same Eclipse, just easier to install. HTH. Mark

First, I wonder why you're downloading Eclipse 3.2 given that there are many
newer versions available. Even if you need 3.2 for reasons such as the
existence of localized language packs, you should be considering Eclipse
3.2.2, rather than 3.2, because it contains many bug fixes.

But regardless of the version question, archived versions are available on
eclipse.org at http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/index.php . (To
get there from the Eclipse home page, follow the "Downloads" link, then "All
versions" under Eclipse Classic, and then the "archived builds" link.) That
server is highly reliable, so if you've been having problems downloading
from there, I suspect the problem is at your end, not the server.

Make sure you don't install over an existing install. Here's the
official archive site:

Have you verified the ingegrity of the download using the MD5
checksum? There seems to be a problem with the MD5 links on the
archive server but the error message seems to point to a page with the
right information which for that file is:

f8552d0761d96bc2d25cfa383a390ac5 *eclipse-SDK-3.2-win32.zip

(Put that one line into a file by itself if you can't download the MD5
file directly.)

All the download pages seem to have a "how to verify" link so follow
one of them and do what it says.

If the download fails to verify then the problem is probably with the
tool you are using to do the download. The usual suspect is that
something is treating the file as text and doing end-of-line
conversions. This will corrupt a zip file.

Since you already know that you have to use an external unzip program,
have you also used a root directory (such as c:\) to extract the
distribution into? In my experience this is the only reliable way to
extract Eclipse on Windows (tried on 2003 server, XP Pro and Vista
x64) systems.

You may of course move the resulting directory anywhere you like.

OK, I just checked: my license for WinZip is fairly old (about 4
years), so maybe a current version does work better. I was trying to
give a hint as a last resort if everything else fails.
