Display progress bar when opening an editor takes a long time [message #1386286] Mon, 16 June 2014 11:23 Go to next message

I have an RCP application with a GEF editor. When opening large models in it, the editor takes a long time to open, and the GUI freezes up. I'd like to be able to display a progress bar while the editor is being opened, but seem to be unable to intercept the editor state at any point.

Does anyone know where I could hook in to achieve this?

Regards,
Pauline
