Luna RC3: No Compatible JREs [message #1386017]

I am trying to set up my Execution Environments in Luna 4.4 RC3 but the Compatible JREs list is not being populated.

In my installed JREs menu I have added the following:
jdk1.6.0_45
jdk1.6.0_45_x86
jdk1.7.0_60
jdk1.7.0_60_x86
jdk1.8.0_05 (default)
jdk1.8.0_05_x86

In the Execution Environment menu when selecting any of the environments only the jdk1.8.0_05 JRE shows up.

Is there something else I need to do to set up the Execution Environments that I'm missing?
