When you launch the application the perspective would be as shown in default partstack in the dig1 and when you intercahnge the part stack as shown in dig changed partstack and press reset perspective the part stack should be arranged as the defaultpart stack.So How can this be achieved in e4.

Generally what you do to 'reset' a perpsective is to store the 'original' perspective's model as a snippet and / or have code that will generate it. Then you 'reset' by creating a new sub-structure model for the MPerspective and replace the existing contents with the 'original'.
