changes the names and labels of the Eclipse.org Product and Project
catalogs. Those names are used in the fragments of URIs so all such
URIs will fail to resolve against the new names. This will break
existing installations, i.e., workspace.setup, installation.setup, and
user.setup will have broken proxies.

There is a new promoted build for these changes.

You can fix the problem by opening your user.setup and deleting the
compound tasks with the broken proxies (live validation will mark all
the ones with this problem) and installing your installation again; you
can install into an existing installation to repair it. You will be
re-prompted for all the recorded variables you've deleted.

This commit provides induced variables for the properties of all the
scopes, i.e., ${scope.project.stream.name} will be the name of the
stream. The GitCloneTask has this variable references as the default
value of its "branch" feature, so if you name your stream exactly the
same as the branch name in your git repo, you won't have to specify the
branch name in your task.
