Is BIRT compatible with Java JDK 1.6
*from what I've found its stable up to JDK 1.5?

What is the output of BIRT?
*2.1 --> Paginated HTML & PDF.
*2.2 --> Paginated HTML, PDF, Word, XLS, Postscript

Does BIRT allow for sub-reporting?
* I think it does but I'm not positive...

Does BIRT support data entry forms?

Dose eclipse support drag and drop?

I've got answers to all my other questions through research. Though I
haven't been able to find the answer to my form entry questions.

Does BIRT support the ability for an end user to enter data into a web
form, and have it submitted to a database? I believe the answer is no,
because BIRT is a reporting program... but just wondering?
