Hi,

I´m about to star developing an eclipse plugin to model DEVS formalism. DEVS
has an allready well formed formal language of its own and I have already
the implementation of the model (in terms of MVC).
In order to implement the view and the controller, I was planning to use GEF
till I saw GMF.

Does anyone has experience with these frameworks, and knows if it is wise to
use GMF instead of GEF (having into account I have the implementation of the
model NOT in EMF)? All the Visual Features look nice, but is it worthly?...

Is there any graphical tool to generate the views? Anything to generate the
figures NOT by code?

Thank for your help!
