Hi,

Thank you for reading this...
I've installed eclipse 3.1 for Windows. Before getting started with
eclipse I was goin thru some of the tuts. All the docs for eclipse mention
a node called JAVA under >window>preferences> but I cant find it.

Can anyone please help me?

Thank you in advance,
Vinay.

Are you sure you downloaded the Eclipse SDK? This could happen, you've just
downloaded the Eclipse Platform.
Eclipse SDK is and Eclipse Platform + JDT (Java Development Tools) + PDE
(Plugin Development Environment)
