Currently,When I run SelectAllAction from an editor's menu,the
selection handles can not appear at any editpart's border.I debugged the
method addSelectionHandles in SelectionHandlesEditPolicy class and found
out all editparts had been added selection handles.But,selection handles
didn't appear.Why?
