Remove Run As, Debug As, Team, etc from the context menu within the GEF editor [message #237211]

I used the GEF examples to create a Editor. I have added some actions to
the context menu and would like only those to show up. How can I remove
the following items that show up: Run As, Debug As, Profile As, Team,
Compare With, Replace With.
