We have got the following problems in all our GEF editors (exactly:
editors on top of our framework, which itself is on top of GEF). The
problem is also reproducable in the logical example.

Connections between two shapes (= edit parts) located inside a container
are visible outside if the container is too small.

You can reproduce the problem in the logical editor when adding a
full-adder and decrease its size. The inner figures which are located
outside the adder are not visible but the connections are. Looks really
strange and lots of GEF editors seem to have this problem.
