sorry I forgot to mention my Java Version:
I use Java SE 6 (jre1.6.0_06)
and startup Eclipse with the vm commandline option:

C:\Programme\Eclipse\eclipse_3_4\eclipse.exe -vm
"C:\Programme\Java\jre1.6.0_06\bin\javaw.exe"

to be sure this version is used.
