Hi all,
hope this is the right for asking question on JETEditor.
Right now I use EMFT-JET (0.8.0.v20070517) and EMFT-JET editor
(0.8.0.v200703030036).
In the documentation, it is stated that within a scriplet, the code assist /
locating error - features are possible.
But until now, I still can't use / see both of them (no content assist with
Ctrl+Space, no info on errors within scriplet).
Can anyone please explain how to get both of them? Is there any
pre-requirement?
It is really a tedious work using JET without having them.
Thanks in advance!
Regards

More accurately, the "EMFT-JET Editor" is working for any JET files
compliant to the former EMF-CodeGen JET technology (aka JET1).
JET has evolved since then into a better technology as part of the efforts
of the "EMFT-JET" (aka JET2) component.
Unfortunately, and we know this is confusing, the "EMFT-JET Editor" was not
targeting the JET2 technology.
But we fixed that within the M2T project, where the new JET core and the JET
editor components are working for every JET files, whatever the JET
technology version is.
You'll find this very same answer by browsing the m2t newsgroup. To make it
short :
EMF-CodeGen = JET1
EMFT = JET2 + JET1 Editor
M2T = JET2/JET1 + JET2/JET1 Editor

You should use m2t-jet-editor-0.8.0.zip from the M2T download page.
Cheers,
Joel.
