I am using CVS with Eclipse on OS X and running into some problems. If I
use CVS on the command line,
I can easily import a new project into the repository. Eclipse, however,
will not let me do so. It will let
me see the repository and check out one of the manually created projects,
modify it and commit the
changes but if I create a project in Eclipse and try to import it into
CVS, it aborts saying it cannot open
the project directory as it does not exist. I thought maybe it was a perms
problem at first but if that was
the case, why would it let me check out and/or commit changes to manually
created projects via
Eclipse? In any case, I think it seems to be barfing on trying to create
the new project directory for some
reason.

Are you using the CVS pserver that ships with MacOS X?
If yes, please upgrade to a newer version ( >= 1.11.x )
Eclipse doesn't support 1.10.x versions of CVS.
