Do MultiValidators get automatically disposed in any way? If not, would it
be useful to add such support to ObservablesManager, i.e. a way to add
ValidationStatusProviders to the the manager to be disposed with the
manager?

To somewhat answer my own question, I realized they are disposed
automatically when they are added to a DataBindingContext, which is probably
the most common usage (it is mine).
