Even though there is a plugin with all of the sources, I couldn't find
generated javadoc anywhere.

So, I took the time to build it.

If you import the plugin org.eclipse.dltk.core.source into your Eclipse
workspace,
then in that project directory, under src, you will see a subdirectory for
the sources for each DLTK plugin. In each subdirectory, there is the file
src.zip. I unpacked each of those zip files into plugin specific src
directories.

I've attached the batch file that I used to generate the javadoc,
and the output I got when I ran that batch file.
