Problem with features on a buckminster created updatesite [message #22539] Mon, 21 July 2008 18:30 Go to next message

Hi,

I've created an update site using buckminster. Recently I added a couple
of dependency features (I am not building them just re-publishing them) to
this site to make it easier internally to perform updates. However, these
new features are not being packaged correctly. Only the feature.xml and
META-INF/MANIFEST.MF are included in the created site. I'm missing the
feature.properties, epl-v10.html and META-INF/eclipse.inf files. This is
causing display problems when using the update site.

Any ideas or settings that I should be aware of that may be causing this
strange behavior?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Check the build.properties file in your feature. It should contain a
bin.includes property that lists the desired content of the feature jar.
