More sophisticated Layouts and Routers [message #229912]

Draw2D graphing package provides some primative structured graph Layouts.
However, it pales in comparison to some commercial products like yFiles from
yWorks (http://www.yworks.com/en/products_yfiles_about.html).

1) What is GEF/Draw2D plans for more sophisticated Layouts and Routers?
2) Anyone ever tried to integrate a yFiles or a product like yWorks to
provide Layout and Routers into the GEF/Draw2D framework?
3) Any thoughts on feasability of doing something like that?

yWorks is AWT/Swing based and I would really the patterns and other
infrastructure GEF provides. Also, I would like to avoid using the Swing
bridge if possible.
