Eclipse User

The Ant UI portion of the external tools integration of Eclipse has been
migrated to the org.eclipse.ant.ui plugin.

For users who use Eclipse's Ant integration this will mean that the
restoration of the Ant view will not occur when restarting with I20030429.
You will need to reset your perspective(s) to get the full effect of the
reorganization.
