When I change 1 model properties, and try to do the UNDO, only in some
properties it works correctly, in others I have to click 2 times in UNDO
to work, anyone know why?

Sure. The property sheet/cell editor is firing "apply changes" twice. There
are several bugs open related to cell editors and the property sheet. Try
debugging and looking at the events that cause the command to be executed
each time.
Perhaps it is selecting a new entry in the propertysheet? Focus lost
probably happens first.
