I would like to download eclipse for linux. On the download page I have
these options:
Latest Release 3.2.2
3.3 Stream Stable Build 3.3RC4
3.3 Stream Integration Build I20070625-1500
3.4 Stream Nightly Build N20070627-0010
Since the 3.4 seems but be the latest release I guess that is the best
to download, but should I consider any of the other versions?

The last stable version is Eclipse 3.2.2, the last development version
is Eclipse 3.3RC4, but it will be released on Friday 29.07.2007, so in
two days.

Eh, if you read correct, you’ll see that 3.2 is the latest release.
3.3 is stable though, and can be used without being afraid. The ‘RC4’
means Release Candidate, so that will probably be the next release.
3.4 is *nightly*, that means, the code changes every night, so it may as
well be broke.

Since 3.3 will releases on Friday and 3.4 would be the head of the next
release cycle's stream, I think you'd be best to get 3.3RC4 or a more
recent 3.3 I build.
