Trouble with labels and child editparts. [message #218341]

Hi everyone,
i have an application that uses a parent child structure and have
figures representing my parent and child editparts. My parent figure
have a number of labels containing text. The problem that i am having is
that when i move a child figure overtop of one of these labels the text
is showing ontop of my child figures. These labels are directly editable
and when i click on the text being displyed through the child the label
is selected and triggers the direct edit feature.
Any idea how to make it so that the labels do not appear through the
children?
