Unknown extension point: 'org.eclipse.wst.server.ui.moduleArtifactAdapters' [message #217711]

I want to implement the extension point for moduleArtifactAdapters.
However I get an error:
Unknown extension point: 'org.eclipse.wst.server.ui.moduleArtifactAdapters'

When I look in my plugin.xml under Dependencies I see
org.eclipse.wst.server.core with an icon that has a tiny 01 instead of
the down right arrow.

If I double click that server.core plugin and go to the Extension Points
tab, I see "moduleArtifactAdapters".

Any hints?

Turns out this was a bug, patch available
